Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek

Annapurna Base Camp Trek has its trails leading through the Lake-side city of Pokhara, where you can enjoy many adventure activities and interludes of boating on the crystal waters of the Fewa Lake. Pokhara city is adorned with many lakes, water-bodies, and waterfalls, as well as having beautiful acreages of verdant forests and foliages. There are many temples and places of worship in Pokhara which you can explore and visit. Mount Annapurna is the 10th Highest Mountain in the world and treks to the base camp of this mountain is one of the most famous trekking journeys taken by hikers all over. Along with panoramic views of the Annapurna Mountain, you also get majestic views of Mount Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli Mountain, the Lamjung Himal, Fang, Annapurna I, II, III, Annapurna South and Gangapurna among many other peaks.

Along with the opulence of nature and the prodigious sights of the mountains, Annapurna Base Camp Trek also incorporates the cultural and traditional aspect of the journey within the Trek. You will encounter ethnic villages occupied by local people who follow a diverse range of religions and get to observe their lifestyle and become a tiny part of their customs. You can also have encounters with the unique flora and fauna of the region, most of which is protected under the Annapurna Sanctuary. Canopies of rhododendron flowers and lushness of the woodlands make the trekking journey peaceful and serene. Many large and small monasteries and places of worship also exist all throughout the trek, letting you have a feel of religious ambiance on your hiking journey. The sight of the Annapurna Mountain so closely acquitted on the base camp is breath-taking!
